High Pressure Relief Module 50x70 - is used to relief the working medium after crimping manifold blocks, throttling blocks and jamming lines.
The advantage of High Pressure Relief Module in comparison with other units of relief: the use of ball and plug valves, as well as valves with tungsten-nickel spraying of the main structural elements, are not intended for the task of relief the working medium with any content of the drilling fluid (abrasive). The resource of such nodes is only about 20-30 cycles and does not meet safety requirements and environmental standards.
The configuration of the High Pressure Relief Module 50x70
1) The pressure gauge is offered in a vibration / shock-proof stainless steel design, which allows you to control the pressure in the system during crimping and in the process of the working medium relief;
2) The non-return valve performs the function of blocking the flow of the working medium after pumping the necessary pressure in the system, keeping the system under pressure;
3) The relief valve is the main unit in the High Pressure Relief Module configurationand performs the function of dumping the medium under pressure. The design feature of the relief valve is its “valve pair”, which is made of high-tech carbide. Opening / closing the valve is done manually by turning the steering wheel (the discharge of the working medium can be adjusted). The valve body is made of special steel working with abrasives and high pressures;
4) The relief valve works in conjunction with a high-pressure valve to ensure 100% sealing when crimping the system, increasing the life (up to 500 cycles, in accordance with the instructions for opening / closing) and the safe operation of this arrangement;
5) All elements and units of the High Pressure Relief Module are fixed by quick-disconnect joint connections designed for this configuration;
6) High Pressure Relief Module is designed for operation with a working medium of pressure testing: drilling fluids containing oil, stable gas condensate, water, calcium chloride, chalk, emulsifiers, biopolymers, soda ash, caustic soda, silica sand with a fraction of 07 to 1.8 mm, chloride sodium, polymers, clay, methanol, surfactants, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, citric acid, technical acetone, liquid sodium glass, water repellents, cement - in various proportions and combinations.
